Making a Pork Roast with steamed Brussels sprouts that I then will pan fry with garlic butter and a few onions. Watch for the update later today.
Yes, it is still raining here by us. So it is a good day to get to do all that stuff that you always look at but really do not feel like doing...... lol yes even Hubby is helping.
