Radishes

This is also one of my favorite snack foods, especially when eating my tuna salad. I also it them with all my Mexican dishes. I am learning though from this that Radishes are high in sugar so that would certainly something that I will need to look out for.

Nutritional value of Cucumber by Reny

Cucumber's are one of my favorite snack food, I used a slice to eat my tuna salad. That way I can eliminate the cracker so no Carbs. Here is some info that I have gathered that I thought you all might like to have:

STORAGE
Cucumbers can be stored in the refrigerator.
Do not wash before storing.
Cucumbers can be stored in a plastic bag, loosely
tied or knotted; make sure the cucumbers are dry
before storing. Cucumbers may be stored in the
refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Look at the “Best if used by” or “Best by” date
on the package.

Here is some Nutritional value that I did not know about the Cucumber

Happy New Year

I am going to make my Spaghetti tonight for dinner, the whole family will be over. Having a glass of white wine with it and maybe some of that will find it's way in to the sauce too lol. I am also making the regular spaghetti and also wheat ( which I prefer over the regular pasta ) but all of the family likes it.

As always :) you know it contagious and :) cooking to everyone :) :) :) Reny
