Healthy turkey ground lunch / dinner.

  1. This Video was taken in my RV, see you can make good and Healthy food anywhere you go. This is so simple to do

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    onion as much as you like
    Garlic Butter
    Mr Dash Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning
    Mixed veggies any kind you like

    Brown turkey and onions, add the seasoning as much as you like that is how I do it Mrs Dash is great you are adding flavor not salt. I had some leftover green beans and baby carrots from the day before so I added them @ the end just to get them warmed thru and of course some garlic butter. I ate this over Tortilla chips.

    I have to say mmmmh mmmmmmh mmmmmmh was that sooooooooooo good and so fast it took all of 30 minutes to cook and only 5 minutes to prepare.
