Moving is Done

Yes, we are done moving. We can official call us now Full-time Campers ............ and loving it. Now to the task of getting our 5th wheel organized and get some traveling done. We are so looking forward to this.

I know I have not been doing much posting and that for sure will change. With that I wish you all a great weekend and as always       :) you know it is contagious ................................  :) :) :)

Superbowl part2

Well we are getting ready for the Big Game. All of Winco's good snack's are on our table plus do ypu see my Tini yup made me a Sour Apple Tini. Mmmmmmmh is all I can say.

Superbowl Sunday Spread

All this I have bought at  Winco , you all know my favorite Store. Total came to  $ 23.02  what a deal. Super easy but yet so Good. 

If you have never tried the Nathan's Hot Dog, it is a must for us they are the best tasting. I have bought the short and the long once. 

Be save and enjoy today's Superbowl Game. I know I am going to have me my Tini's. Oh yes I also bought my mix for my Tini's the Sour Apple and the Blueberry both are only $4.98 each what a deal. Of Course you can also get your Vodka their too at a great Price. 

Left overs

Guess what, yes I am having my shrimp pasta for brunch this morning. I am so hungry for it.

Shrimp Scampi super easy and supper easy on your budget

And here is what it looks like. I tell you it took less then 30 minutes to cook. And what a luscious and yet so inexpensive meal it is.  the shrimp cost me $5.00 the pasta was $1.00 and the garlic butter maybe $0.25. 

So this meal cost $6.25 for 2 people and I have more pasta left over for me the next day for lunch. 

After the pasta is cooked I pour in the pan that I cooked the shrimp in. On medium I like to just get the flavor of the shrimp on the pasta.  

After I melt the garlic btter I add the shrimp and cook on medium for 3 minutes on each side, this is how we like it. You know how you like yours cooked. 

Garlic butter from WINCO, I love their garlic butter and it only cost $1.99 for the container.  

I use Costco Shrimp they come with shell ( I just shell them but they are already cleaned ) you get 20 for 1 lb
